On Tuesday, February 28, 2012, I was invited to New Brookland Tavern for END OF THE WORLD TOUR hosted by Crunkalonius and Haze Karolina. I was the guest of THA STEAM SQUAD, a group based out of Columbia South Carolina, which showed me love as shown as I hit the door. The vibe of he atmosphere was excellent. I mean being from Orangeburg, where we can smoke in the clubs and bars, it was hard not to light up! To see new talent hit the stage and hear their music was an eye opener. Artists from Dixiana to Columbus, Ga, the artists was in was in the building. All had their own stage present to keep the energy flowing. It was also the place to be to network with other artists, producers, mangers, promoters, graphic designers and photographers. What New Brookland Tavern has going on is something wonderful. And no drama all night, well a little bit. I met some new friends and old friends that have a lot to offer to the music scene more than rap. The all round experience of networking and taking in new music was awesome! I met a young lady by the name of Mz. Jazmine Phoenix and her squad, SWAMP LIFE ENT. And she killed the stage along side Tha Steam Squad. More to come on Swamp Life and Tha Steam squad in the next two blogs! To step out your area, into another one, was nervous for me. But when I step in New Brookland Tavern and felt the vibe and energy of the crowd and artists, me nerves was left out on state street. It was pleasure to be there and hope I can enjoy more to come! New Brookland Tavern has been a SC HOMEGROWN CERTIEFIED for local talent to be showcase!

We appreciate you coming out and supporting the Tour. We would love for some artists from the OB area to come up and perform. Link up with Haze Karolina and discuss it. The Tour was meant to be just as you stated: the place to be to network with other artists, producers, mangers, promoters, graphic designers and photographers.
